Hi there! My name is Kirsty. I would love to help you achieve your fitness/health goals. I am all about working with people on an individual (or small group) level to achieve their goals. My personal training sessions are tailored for each individual, because every body is different.
I believe in open communication between myself and the people I train, you will be encouraged and not made to feel like you can't, because YOU CAN! I am looking forward to meeting you.

Firstly, I love my job. Second, the fitness industry is always evolving - I love to learn and pass on new information to clients. Knowledge is power. Being able to move and move well is so important. My aim is to keep my clients safe while receiving an effective workout. YOU CAN!
I love my doggo Ramen, Fav number is 19, in a past life I taught Ballroom Dancing and hula hooping to adults.
Is it make people feel good in their own skin. To help people understand the importance of a healthy body, to get the people of Cairns moving and appreciating their bodies. To keep on learning and evolving as a trainer so I can pass on more knowledge to my K2 Legends.
Q: Won't I look like a man if I lift weights?
A: NOPE. NOPE. NOPE, But you will be stronger than old mate down the road.
Q: Are you sure?!
Q: How often should you work out to get results?
A: To see results I recommend 2/3 times per week.
Q: I haven't worked in a while/ever am I going to be ok?
A: Yes. we take it slowly at first and then keep on building you up to legend status. All good things take time
Q: Is it right for me?
A: If you are ready & want that extra push. YES
Q: Do I have to have a gym membership?
A: NOPE, K2 personal training can come to you if you live in Cairns Northern Beaches.
Q: Can I still train if I am sick/injured?
A: GREAT QUESTION. Depending of what/who/how - if unsure, best get a clearance from your health professional before taking part in any type of exercise. Your safety is number one!
