    Girls tend to be hesitant when starting weight training

    Q: Won't I look like a man if I lift weights?

    A: NOPE. NOPE. NOPE, But you will be stronger than old mate down the road.

    Q: Are you sure?!

    A: Yes.

  • Workout Schedule

     

    Q: How often should you work out to get results?

    A: To see results I recommend 2/3 times per week.

    Q: I haven't worked in a while/ever am I going to be ok?

    A: Yes. we take it slowly at first and then keep on building you up to legend status. All good things take time

    A: GREAT QUESTION. Depending of what/who/how - if unsure, best get a clearance from your health professional before taking part in any type of exercise. Your safety is number one!
