Hello! I'm Kirsty and I am mad about all things fitness, health & nutrition. I am all about working with individuals to achieve their fitness goals, whether it be weight-loss, toning, strengthening or even if you just want to feel good.

I tailor your sessions to suit your individual needs because every body is different.

I believe in open communication between myself and the #k2legends I train, you will be encouraged and not made to feel like you can't because YOU CAN!

1:1 or Group Sessions

1:1 or small group training only (4 to 5 people Max) so you receive constant feedback and encouragement.

 

Flexible Locations

Based in Cairns Northern Beaches, Mobile personal training, so no need to drive to a gym! - Also based @ Anytime Fitness Northern Beaches.
